I have been facilitating Family Constellations for over ten years, guiding individuals and groups in uncovering and resolving deeply rooted emotional and relational challenges. What to Expect
Family and Trauma Constellations workshops involve setting up four constellations, each offering a unique opportunity for healing, insight, and personal growth. Participants alternate in representing roles within each other's constellations, contributing to the process of uncovering hidden dynamics that influence lives and relationships. Whether you are new to this method or have prior experience, you will find value in both actively participating and observing others' constellations.
These workshops also provide space to reflect on the roles of attachment and trauma in shaping emotional responses and life choices. A supportive and safe environment is provided for everyone to explore and resolve deep-seated issues.
Workshops are available in person or online via Zoom, offering flexibility to engage in this transformative work in the setting that best suits your needs. Whether attending in person or remotely, the experience remains impactful, allowing participants to connect, heal, and transform in a guided and supportive atmosphere.
Workshop Prices
There are two pricing options for the workshops:
- €100: Participate and receive your own constellation.
- €60: Participate as representative or observer without receiving your own constellation.
